Psalm 56:3-4 (NLT):
"But when I am afraid, I will put my trust in you. I praise God for what he has promised. I trust in God, so why should I be afraid? What can mere mortals do to me?"
This passage highlights that when fear arises, trusting in God’s promises and power eliminates fear. Our faith in His protection and sovereignty enables us to face challenges confidently, knowing that God (our faith) is bigger than any fear or threat we encounter. Faith in Him overcomes all fear.
