Refund policy
There are multiple reasons why you may want to send back an item. From our experience, the main reasons are:
- You ordered the wrong size/fit.
- You changed your mind about wanting the product.
- You would like a different color.
- The product has some sort of defect.
- You received the wrong item
When it comes to lines 1-3, these are NOT reasons that we can accept returns or issue refunds. Lines 4-5 are the ONLY acceptable reasons for potential refunds.
Defect Issues:
Within 10 DAYS OF DELIVERY, Calledkings will offer a refund for any product quality or defect issues. Please take a photo of the problem. Then please forward us that photo, a brief explanation of the defect, the order ID, and the product ID to our customer service department. (theword@calledkings.com)
Here's what we consider a defect:
- Misprint
- Faded Print
- Arrived Stained
- Flex Peeling Off
- Holes in the Product
Received Wrong Item:
If you received the wrong item, not what you ordered, please once again, take a photo of the product. Within 10 DAYS OF DELIVERY please forward us that photo, a brief explanation, the order ID, and the product ID to our customer service department. (theword@calledkings.com)
In both cases, if the problem can be seen, we will refund the article including shipping costs. Please allow up to 10 days to receive that refund to your account. If you then want a replacement sent, you will need to manually place a new order on our website, www.calledkings.com or on our App.
